Vihar's approach emphasises proactive communication, mitigates risks and utilises strategic planning to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and exceed expectations. PHASE 01

The Genesis

iARATech was created to help organisations use digital technology to do business more efficiently and effectively using people-first technologies. The founders identified an opportunity to fill the gap between the sophisticated technology systems offered by many large organisations, and the relatively simple technology required to implement these systems. Therefore, we created a company based on the belief that digital technology should be empowering, not confusing to employees. Our original objectives have formed the base for our decade long journey of innovation and client relationships. What made 2014 special? Technology should be empowering to users, not confusing them. This was the first principle of our approach to digital solutions, which ensured that user experience was always at the forefront of every implementation, along with achieving business results.

PHASE 02

Scaling Talent

We expanded our international presence to over 60 people who were skilled in CRM and LinkedIn outreach. This was the point at which iARATech moved from being a consulting firm to a full service digital solutions company, capable of supporting large enterprise clients. While expanding our team size was important, building a team of world class experts in key areas of technology was even more significant: Strategic focus: In addition to growing the team, we also focused on developing our people and improving our processes so that we could maintain our high standards of quality and client centricity, regardless of how quickly we grew. Impact: As a result of the expansion we had the ability to undertake larger scale digital transformation projects and serve clients across the fintech, health care, e-commerce and professional services sectors.

Delivering multi-channel sales success for elite tech startups was the achievement of a 120+ person team, which was representative of IANA Tech becoming a global operations partner and able to manage large digital ecosystems across multiple time zones and continents.
