A Journey Before iARATech | An Early Start
The founder of iARATech Solutions (Subhash Singh) had a long journey before starting his business in 2016, it took almost 20 years of experience to come to result. It didn’t start overnight for him, nor did it come easily. He grew into the idea of running his own business, one role and lesson at a time, and that’s what ultimately makes iARATech so different from the inside out.
It all began back in 2002, At that time, Subhash was training students on computers at the Institute of Computer Engineers in Kolkata; he was teaching students about DOS and MS Office. However, the real education didn’t happen on the computer screens; it happened with the people. He learned how to teach others, how to listen to them, and how to give them the confidence that they could figure things out for themselves. This instinct never left him.
After that, he worked in some of the most challenging outsourcing environments in the industry. At Mangalam Information Technologies, he worked for over six years, working his way up from BPO Executive to Quality Control to Floor Manager. He learned what quality really meant while working under pressure and not just checking boxes. He also developed the skills of coaching his employees, finding errors prior to allowing clients to find them, and developing an environment within which his team would take pride in their work and not cut corners.
Then came TransForm Solutions. While working as a quality assurance team leader, he was not only responsible for overseeing workflow processes; he was creating work environments. These included creating environments of trust, open communication, creative problem solving, and a work environment where individuals felt comfortable thinking creatively and providing their best effort because they felt safe to try.
Twenty-plus years later, throughout Kolkata, Ahmedabad, and Surat, he had quietly gathered an extraordinary knowledge in the areas of operations, people management, and quality service delivery. By January 2016, something was very apparent; he knew how to develop a high-functioning team, and he built one.
iARATech Solutions was born. Unlike many companies that begin because of a gap in the market or a need to fill a specific void identified via a spreadsheet analysis, iARATech was born from a very human and personal perspective: I know how to get this right, and I know what it feels like when it doesn’t go right.
Today, those twenty-plus years of knowledge are the foundation behind every virtual assistant your business uses, every clean data set, every lead generation campaign, and every social media campaign strategy. There is a person behind this company who has worked on the front lines, trained his staff, evaluated the quality of the services provided by his staff, and supported his team through difficult times.
His community involvement runs equally as deep. As a BNI Connect Coordinator and former Vice President of BNI Unicorns in Surat, Sir carries the same spirit of true relationships into everything iARATech does. This is not about networking for business cards. It is about developing relationships that will last for years to come.
